Why My Periods Are Late

hi i am 27 yrs old n hv one child of 2 yrs n my last period date is 10-10-2013 yet my period is not come?? means its already 12 days late... and last month means in sep. i hv eat pregnancy planning tabs.....it shuld affect on my regular period... what shoud i do tll me?? help me out??
