Does anybody know or think if Valium could cause depression? This might sound like a weird question, actually, maybe it is bad to take alcohol while on Valium. You can't just say: All benzodiazepines (Benzos) will take "this-long" to leave your body... That you will Pass your drug-test is you wait such and such of days. Especially with benzos since they don't all work in the same way - I know it really Sounds like they would since they're the Same Class of drug.. But it's just not so. little round yellow pill has a z then a groved in line that goes acrooss the pill and has 3926 under the line and has a 5 with a little line under it on the other side ## IT'S A 5 MILLIGRAM VALLIUM/DIAZAPAM. ## What Carlos posted is correct, it was manufactured by Ivax Pharmaceuticals, and they list is having been a generic for Valium, which contained 5mgd of Diazepam, it is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, irritability, and headache. This company has sold off more of their products, so I am not sure if this imprint is still in use. Does anyone else know?

can a urine test, tox screen, show how much valium I've been taking or does it just test positive for the presence of benzodiazepine's? ## It should just test positive if its tested right then n there. In order for them to see how much or (aka) the levels they have to send your urine out. So if it's sent out then yes they can see that info.

To the best of my knowledge it was exclusively used in the battle against chronic and severe alcoholism. Some units used it to detox barbiturate addicts and to ease the withdrawal of benzos such as valium and librium. Some random guy got these pills out which are quite small and say OL with 10 underneath it on 1 side. He said it was "vallys" (valium?). Does anyone know? I'm not planning on taking it, just intriguing... ## I have 4 of these as well. I thought it might be olanzapine, but the pictures I find are different in color and they have ARO on the back as well. I had taken a 5mg tablet of valium for my back pain yesterday morning which has been 36hrs ago. I want to know if it's safe or ok to have a few alcoholic drinks tonight? ## "A few" alcoholic drinks? That is like when the cop asks you how many beers you've had, you say "a few"... and the cop knows it's more like 8+. lol. Diazepam has a long half life so it will still be in your system 36 hrs later. I would say that you'd probably be okay to have 2-3 drinks maximum. Anything more than that could be pushing it. It also depends on your tolerance to valium AND alcohol. From all info that I have come across it varies. For single use 7-10 days. For more than a single use or chronic users it can be from 1-6 wks. There are many factors also that can play a big role in excretion from the body. Its a coin flip really. Its half life is longer than other benzos. Ive heard of ppl taking 5mg of valium "just once for the first time" and fail a UA 9 days later. But ppl need to realize that 1. Ppl aren't honest all the time, so a "firsft time user" could be a chronic user or may have taken more than they say 2. Everyone's genetic makeup is different 3.
