This actually is not Vicodin. The pill you are describing is a combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate (650 mg - 100 mg).
Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate is used for treating mild pain and is additionally an anti-tussive and local anesthetic.
