Urine Test Valium

I started a methadone treatment just 6 days ago on last Thursday.
They did a urinalysis but I told them I had taken dilauudid and some benzos (clonazapam/diazapam)
.They didn't make big deal a out of it and started me off with 30 mgs a day in the morning so night was hard. A "friend" gave me 40 valium & I took em all. That was 4 days ago and tomorrow will be 5 days.
Am I screwed? Or if I drink lots of water will it just appear to be leftovèr from when I started the program 7 days eaelir..,?
Help. They are supposed to decide wether to up my dose tomorrow. If I'm being A F Up who knows where it will put me in the program. I screwed up but couldn't sleep. I am hopeing they will think its just left over from before I started program like first urine test.
Any advice...any help...any one got anything at all?

There is a chance they may thing, because Benzodiazepines can be detectable in a standard urine test for up to 6 weeks, after you last take them.

It's really going to depend on they type of test they do, if they look at the levels in your body, then they may realize that you have taken them very recently.

Well I didn't even get tested but after all the worry I am not going to chance messing this up.
they are nice and very compassionate. I want the help they are trying to give me.
I really did have a hard time at first and if I was honest about it they would probably understand but now I just need to be clean aside from what they give me daily.
