I want to know what the difference is in Tribedoce C/L and Tribedoce Dx injections , in the amounts of all the vitamin B,s I take this for weight loss in combination with Phentermine pills and Lipotropic injections ,

If you're trying to lose weight, the Tribedoce DX is one to stay away from, because the DX actually stands for Dexamethasone, which is a steroid class medication that can cause weight gain. It's other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include headache, acne, insomnia and irritability. It is usually used to treat nerve pain.
