Trapex Withdrawal Symptoms

I need to cease my intake of Trapex 1 mg. I have been regularly taking 0.5 mg at night as prescribed by my doctor. However, for the past four days, I've reduced it to 0.25 mg based on my doctor's advice. This has resulted in me feeling anxious and also experiencing sleep interruptions. Will these symptoms eventually pass?

Trapex contains the active ingredient Lorazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine and it is normal to experience such issues, when you lower the dosage, or stop taking it.

They will eventually wear off, but it may take a few weeks, before your body adjusts and things are back to normal.

How soon will you be stopping it completely?

I have been on Trpex 1mg for 17 years and I've been experiencing numerous issues. I'm feeling extremely weak, and it has hindered my ability to do household chores. I've also been gaining weight and experiencing heart palpitations. Despite halting the use of this medication for 15 days, I still feel very weak, have sleeping difficulties, and am constantly feeling heavy-headed. Could you please advise on what I should do next?
