Tramol And Sport
UpdatedI take 1 tramol 100 once a week before a round of golf. I swear by it to leave me unexhuasted after 18 holes in temperatures where I live usually up in the high 80's. I very occasionally take a 50 mg if I'm expectiing a long hard day doing other activities but I limit my use because I don't want to become immune to the effect. They last about 12-14 hours at least. I,m in my 70's and am usually fresher after my game than most of my much younger friends.
