I purchased tramadol in a border town in Mexico this past summer. "ANDROMEX laboratories ANDROMEX S.A.DE C.V. Carretra a techuacan #3942 Puebla Pue" is on the bottle along with directions in Spanish. I purchased 2 bottles for $30 (120ct 100mg) OTC in Mexico. They were not sealed or had a protective lining to prove un-opened. However it did come with a child resistant top and a strong one. The pills are real. I saved nearly $900 as I don't have insurance. Just because it is Mexico it does not mean it's no good or contaiminated. If anything, it is better than here in the States. There is nothing for them to gain or a need for them to supply counterfeit. Only illegal low-level dealers do that. So a friend of mine started taking home 2 weeks of the pill form of Methadone witch is called Methadose it's a 40mg wafer. It directly from a clinic and he drops it in water let's it dissolve and drinks it. It lasts him all day but notices it makes him very tired. He's been on it for a little over a year now. I'm just trying to figure out why he's ALWAYS so tired after work he usually takes an hour or two nap on the back porch and he says it's because the methadose makes him super tired after a long day at work. I thought this would of ran its course by now especially after a year plus of being on it. Hello, i just received tramadol 50mg. from HAB pharmaceuticals. There are no markings on the pills. Round, white pills. Blister pack says Tramadol 50mg. is it really Tramadol? Manufactured prescription products are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. Where did you find it? Have found a round white pill with what appears to say "Signatine" or something. I can not make it out because it is in cursive. Also, the back side is scored into quarters. ## Hello Bobo, I have been looking all over and I can't seem to find anything similar to what you are describing. I'm curious as to what it could be, would you be able to give me any other guesses that I might be able to go off of? Is the letter S bigger than the rest? I can't seem to find anywhere that states whether Tamol-xx 200mg (Tramadol HCL) is extended-release or immediate-release. The package doesn't mention anything. There happens to be two colors, one red and one white. Mine are red. I'd love to know if what I have is ER or IR. Anyone know?

However, in many cases, opioid related constipation can be alleviated by just increasing ones fiber intake through foods, or a fiber supplement. Along with the risk of being habit forming, these medications may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? ## You can get an over the counter stool softener or ask your doctor to prescribe one and make sure you are drinking lots of water. That should alleviate your constipation.

History - My brother has been on Tramadol for the past year or so, he has tapered the dose down slowly over the past 2 weeks to reduce withdrawal symptoms. He’s been tramadol free 2 nights now with some residual insomnia. The restless leg has finally resolved thankfully. He is also struggling with chronic daily drinking and wants to start the sinclair method / low dose naltrexone. He has been on Adderall for the past 13 years for ADD. For the past month, his current dose has been low at 7.5 to 15 mg per day, and some days he doesn't even take any. He plans on discontinuing that as well. I found an oblong white pill, not capsule, with the numbers 277 on one side and nothing on the other side, small about 1/8th of an inch by 1/2". Is this a Tramadol? I found one like it when I bought the house and was able to use the computer to find the answer, no such luck with answers this time.

You can email HAB Pharmaceuticals directly at [email protected], to find out if it's truly something they make. On the other hand, the validity of the pill itself will probably depend on where/how you came about receiving it (i.e. having your Rx filled at a licensed pharmacy v.s. being purchased on the web). If the latter of the two, then there's no honest way of knowing what you have unless you get it analyzed by a lab. Counterfeits these days can look just like the real thing, so retrieving some harder evidence...
