Does anyone know the difference between tramadol Hcl TEV and tramadol Hcl ACME? I take one and my mother takes the other one both 50mg but they look totally different ## oops I spelled AMNE as ACME ## All those letters stand for are the manufacturers, so they are made by different companies. Same medication, but that explains why they look different. Under Federal law, the pills must have different markings, so they can be identified in case of an emergency, this identification has to allow discovery of the active ingredient, dosage and manufacturer. For instance, the TEV stands for the pharmaceutical company TEVA. Do you have any other questions? ## And just to add, the AMNE stands for AMNEAL pharmaceuticals.

i TAKE 30 MG OF RESPIDOL AND 30 OF TRAMADOL. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE 'I CAN TAKE FOR PAIN RELIEF? ## Well, this site is not medical pofessionals, so we cannot possibly advise you on what medications to use. What has your doctor suggested? That said, Risperdal IS NOT a pain reliever, is is a generic for Risperidone and is a very potent antipsychotic, used to treat Schizophrenia and BiPolar disorder. Side effects can include: weight gain, nausea, somnolence and dizziness. Tramadol, the generic for Ultram is an analgesic. It can cause side effects such as: nausea, drowsiness and headache. It may be that your doctor is cautious about prescribing anything else due to the possibility of interactions and possible addiction. What have they said in regards to the matter?
