What is the difference in the drug called Apo/Tramadol/Acet 325/37.5 mg to the drug Tramadol 300 mg. I got these perscibed and the pharma says tramadol 50 mg but have never seen this shape or imprint, just wonderin if pharma made a mistake. ## From what I could gather, a white capsule-shaped pill with the imprint N024 is identified as 50mg of Tramadol hydrochloride; and is said to be manufactured/repackaged by Bryant Ranch Prepack. I broke my seismoid bone in my foot Saturday day bprescribed that will have to heal on its own. Dr gave me Tramadol hcl 50mg #30. To take every four hours. I wore a support/walking boot until work on Friday and Saturday this past week. Due to safety I was unable to wear it to work waiting tables for 5 and 7 hours shifts. Both my feet were very sore after. I think bc my good foot compensated for the bad. I just ran out yesterday and only took as prescribed. I did get a refill tonight after trying tylenol and motrin with no relief. I wasn't concerned until I read some posts about it having withdrawal affects. I have been taking inj.Tramadol 800 mg as two decided injections.Thogh the buzz associated with this is absent for quite some time any small irritation make me go for Tramadol. I am in a job I detested and still I am in the same job I hate. Plenty of opportunity to go back to Tramadol . Someone recently said I could take Nexito that would stop the craving .

can these be substituted for percs.or loratab?can ## It isn't as strong as the Oxycodone or Hydrocodone that's in those, since it isn't a straight narcotic opiate, just derived from one. Thus, it will really depend on what works best for the individual seeking pain relief. There are many people that get great results from it and there are some that don't. no idea what this is. internet has no idea either. ## Hi tinkerbell, The pill imprint "L012" is identified as Tramadol hydrochloride extended release (300 mg); manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. This pill however is round and not oval shaped as you say, and the letters are in black. It actually sounds like it may be something from outside of the U.S. if you can't find a match right off the bat. Whereabouts did you obtain the pill?

i use tramadol when i first got it the tablets were white and green know they r just white why ## It may be that the pharmacy gave you a completely different brand of tramadol, from another manufacturer. That appears to be one of the most common situations I've heard of lately, so its very likely to be the case here. Did you ever end up going back over to the pharmacy after-wards to make sure it's the right medication?

Would 50 times be harmful? ## Tramadol is derived from opiates, but is not an actual opiate itself, so it isn't something that is test for on standard drug tests.
