Tramadol Withdrawals

I've been on 1-2 tabs of tramadol a day for the last 8 years. A few years ago I tried quitting cold turkey and was unsuccessful due to the worse w/D's ever! About 8 months ago I lowered my dose to 1/2 tab a day and 4 days ago completely stopped. I haven't had any extreme withdrawals other then an upset stomach. My question is..now that I am on day 4 am I clear from the worse of withdrawals?

Hi, Lynne! How are you doing? Any withdrawal symptoms yet?

It's rather difficult to say, because it can vary from person to person, but I'd say you should still be on the look for such symptoms for a week or so.

Hello. I've had absolutely no withdrawal symptoms which has been relieving. Its been 8 days since I've taken my last 1/2 tab ofa 50mg tramadol and I'm feeling good, even a little more energized. Now my goal is to not take it again and live a healthy life!
