Telmikind 80 Vs Eritel 80

My doctor prescribed me Eritel 80 (Eris Pharma), which costs 120 per 10 tablets, where as I have seen from Net Telmikind (Mankind Pharma) the composition is same but costs only 39. May I take it in the place of Eritel 80?

higher cost of ERIS pharma is because of the money, which they are spending for the doctors, Eris is depending on bribing, all the cost of the tabs are falling on head of the patients only, consult some senior doctor, who is genuine

YES YOU CAN TAKE, HIGHER COST IS BECAUSE OF BRIBING THE DOCTORS FOR PRESCRIBING THE DOCTORS, AVOID GOING TO SUCH A KIND OF MONEY MINDED DOCTORS
