Tapering Silenor
UpdatedI have been taking Silenor for 5 night. My doctor gave it to me as I tapered off of Seroquel. I was on 25 mg of Seroquel for 2 months. I tapered the pill down in quarters until I was off. I was. I was very excited because I was falling asleep on my own again, but had trouble staying asleep (sleep maintenance). So my doctor told me to try Silenor to help me stay asleep. It hasn't been working very well. I do sleep longer, but I still have frequent wake ups. I have also been having headaches, night sweats with my dreams and feeling pretty out of it in the morning. My mood has also been low. Do I need to taper off the 3mg of Silenor after only 5 nights?
