May I know what is the Best Medicine To feel relief from Menstrual pain ,i.e. with minimal side effects,at least there shouldn't be stomach upset or vomiting...

You can go for ibrufene for that mc pains..
has quick relief and less side effects...
and avoid sour taste food like lemon tamarind etc in those days to avoid pain..

My daughter has heavy bleeding during her menses. She is right now at Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh. I had suggested tab. trapic or tab pause ( which she has taken earlier ) , but it is not available there. Instead the following tablets are available : 1) Trenexa MF, 2) Hemsyl500 3) regrestone 5 mg. Kindly suggest which is the best medicine with less side effects.
