Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Ibuprofen (600 mg). The correct marking is 6i, but can easily be mistaken for i9.

Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic.

Hi Nogi,

Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Atenolol (25 mg).

Atenolol can be used to treat cardiovascular diseases and conditions such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmias, angina (chest pain) and to treat and reduce the risk of heart complications following myocardial infarction (heart attack).
