Hi, im a med student. I read about tramadol &viagra or tramadol &cialis and there's no significant interactions known or found for these drugs.
Caution always advised with multiple medications.

Interesting. I take tramadol for back and knee pain, because I have kidney problems that prohibit NSAID use. I take it when my back hurts and only then. There is no indication of addiction. I can stop easily. My girlfriend says I can be an a**hole when I'm on it, but I'll bet that is my back talking, not the tramadol.

It is suggested on some sites that that the combination is of low risk. Such assertions are not backed up with any evidence in the form of studies or medical evidence, though.
