Szetalo Plus Side Effects

I am type II diabetic and aged 56 yrs and want to know Szetalo Plus Side Effects as it is prescribed by my doctor for peripheral neurological discomfort.

Szetalo Plus contains the active ingredients Escitalopram and Clonazepam, it is most commonly used to treat depression and anxiety, but the Escitalopram is an SSRI antidepressant and they have been shown to help some people with certain types of nerve pain.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and dry mouth.

I'm 49 years old and I have been taking szetalo plus for about three years. Now I become drowsy and lethargic nearly all the time. My libido also has reduced substantially. Would it be helpful if I now stop taking the drug?
