Susten Have Any Side Effects ? Affects Mom/ Baby In Future

Hi..
I am 20 yr old, now I have complete 1 st trimester, I have vaginal bleeding and pain in hip my doctor asked me to take susten 200mg (injection) and drottin while the pain araise .
is this a normal or serious case !
susten and drottin will cause any side effect!
