Suboxone Drug Test Oral Swab (Page 4)

Hi everyone. Hopefully someone out there has some advice for me. I have been on subs since October 17th of '12 and I take it everyday HOW PRESCRIBED which is 1 and 1/2, total 12 mugs a day of the 8mg strips. I don't take at a set time or anything like that and sometimes don't take at all or at least the whole prescribed amount. Well long story short here; I take drug tests every month and sometimes twice a month for my sub doctor and have never had a problem with my results. I have also taken pre-employment screens and they are fine as well. All of these tests are urine. Well back in November I had an appt with a caseworker at JFS to review my sobriety and caseplan progress. I took a half strip before I went in and, if I remember correctly, that was all I had taken that day. Well she gave me a oral mouth swab test and had me stick it under my tongue to get an optimal amount of saliva on it. I made sure to inform her that I took suboxone orally and in the same place that I was putting this lovely cotton stick at. It was at least 30-40 mind since I took my half a strip. Now mind you I had to explain what suboxone even was to her but, she told me it didn't matter how or when I took it. She said it wouldn't affect mu results. I told her how many mgs a day I took as well. So just a few days ago she decided to let me know that this oral swab taken on November 19th just now failed for suboxone. She said it showed a HIGHER THEN THERAPEUTIC LEVEL. She also refused to give me a copy of it. I had to have my attorney file a motion of discovery to get a copy of it. Has anyone else ever experienced this or have LEGITIMATE information about how that's evn possible. Like I said I'm in this program for the right reason, I take my subs how prescribed and follow my doctors advice to the extreme. I'm serious about living a better life and being a better mother but I've always felt this woman has something against me....and that's not just me being paranoid, trust me. Anyway, ANY info would be great. I would love to.blow this hateful, volatile woman's theory out of the water and get her out of our lives for good. Thanks in advance guys, Ash :)

Before asking my question...please no dumb comments...I already know the obvious which is "if I weren't in it, i wouldn't have to worry..." Anyways: I take 4-6mg of Suboxone troches daily (different times) and I'm going to integrity staffing in Chattanooga TN Saturday to interview for Amazon, they do a saliva drug test.. if I take 4mg friday, will the saliva test show Suboxone? I dont take anything else ever and haven't drank in 4+ years. I'm 5'8 & weigh 130lbs and don't smoke. I'm gonna eat a fatty meal and gargle with mouthwash to be safe..just worried if bupe will show up??

I weigh 102lbs and rarely eat. I took a sub strip on Wednesday and about 48 hours later I got suprised with a mouth swab. They didn't rub it on my cheeks, I just kept it under my tounge. Is 48 hours long enough to test clean on a person my size??

Mj only stays in saliva 12-24 hours as long as u flush with water, brush several times before test, rinse with peroxide and give at least 24 hours and u will guarantee pass!! I've done it many times

In a very similar situation, wondering what were the results? My man takes a tiny piece of my sub every once in while but now a surprise swab is coming tomorrow, afraid it's going to come up, what happened with you I'f u don't mind sharing?

My doctor suboxen doctor did a mouth swab on my last week I only had a quarter to take the day before and she said suboxen did not show up in my mouth swab the week before so she did another one but it showed up in my urine should I fight this because I take my suboxen every day I just get busy sometimes and does anyone know the law on her just snatching it from me

So how did it turn out . I may have to test wed. I took 8 mg strip on Sunday morning. Fingers crossed they dontbtestbfor it. I know this is old post . Hoping for some straight answers

I have been taking swab tests for my worker. I have took 11 tests. Taking them bc I took vicodin. Conveniently enough the worker jennifer mockenrridge gave me the wrong test results. My heart dropped and I almost threw up when it said I was positive for almost everything. Then I looked at the the name and it was Mary someone! When I got my test results back I tested positive for thc meth, and coccaine! There is no way. I don't do this drugs and don't need to lie! I honestly believe that the worker made her own results! Their goal really is to screw you! Reply back

I go to a suboxin clinic and they did an oral swab and told me I came back with opiates and benzos, I was so upset cause they did another one that day which was two weeks later cause they took me from monthly to bi-weekly after they said my levels in my urine were not right! I am scared at this point they may remove me from this clinic, does anyone know where else I could go if this happens?

I am on a program where I went and was examined once by a doc. But before this visit all I did was call an 800 number for suboxone. They call in my strips of suboxone weekly. Also they mail an oral mouth kit drug test. I've taken a couple well maybe seven total. How far back can the mouth swab detect anything? I have to swab myself and then send it back in. I don't need or want to mess up a good thing these guys had been really good to me. Thanks...

I'm going to the same exact thing I take my medication as prescribed the suboxin that's given to me and because of the oral test all my levels are all over the place even though I take my pills consistently now the only reason I can think of is because of the fact that we let it dissolve in our mouth that throws off the oral swab I wish I could find legitimate proof that this is right but I can't

I Wouldn't of informed her about it at all. That's where you slit your throat. It won't show unless it's a specific test for bup. Next time.. don't say anything.

I can relate to your problem, I had two wonderful daughters and at age 19 it was hard to handle. I'm 47 now and have grandchildren and have a better relationship with my kids. I can tell you that you need to dig in and do the best that you can because 28 years later that pain of me screwing up is still there but for the most part I just want to be the best dad I can now in the present. Hang in there and don't give up.

Well my tongue swab for Suboxone just said I have zero in the saliva how? If been in the program since 2016 And I take 4mg am 4mg eve and 12mg at bed. I always take my prescription and the right way. How the hell can I have zero Suboxone in the saliva? All I know is that I just got called to go do a random swab again. I have dry mouth since my stroke and take a lot of medication. I always have to have mint or lifesavers etc when they have me do the tongue swab they said try to get more spit I have none they had it under my tongue for 15min and it was disintegrating. 3 days later I'm told there were zero in my Suboxone. BS does anyone had this problem with the tongue swab?
