I have these small, tiny white rounded pills with one side imprinted which S4 or maybe 54 and the other side is blank with just a ridge to break up the pill.
I was told they were D amphetamine salt combo maybe 30mg. I just havent able to find anything with that specific imprint online

Do you know if they are from the U.S. or somewhere else?
I am not finding anything that meets this description, with either marking variation, in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases.
It is possible, however, the it could be a foreign medication, because many other countries do not regulate them as strictly. But, it could also be an over the counter product.
