Combizar contains the active ingredient Losartan, which is used to help treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions.

Contact your doctor if any of the symptoms below are severe or do not go away:

-dizziness
-leg, knee, or back pain
-muscle cramps or weakness
-diarrhea
-heartburn
-decreased sensitivity to touch

Some side effects can be serious. If you experience any of these symptoms or those listed in the SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS section, call your doctor immediately:

-swelling of the face, throat, tongue, lips, eyes, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs
-hoarseness
-difficulty breathing or swallowing
-chest pain

Losartan may cause other side effects that are not listed here. In which case, you should contact your doctor if you have any unusual problems while taking this medication.

I'm taken combizar for 2 yrs. now but now a days i had a lot of problem such as back pain and diarhea nerbousness
etc. that is why I search and look for precaution.pls. advice me if i will change my maintenance. for I dont have sufficient money for a doctor to consult with . my doctor is in the province. I'm here in city.Thnx

My father have been taking Combizar .He has kidney stone plus he has high uric acid level . Could it be a result of Combizar?...He has high creatinine but normal BUN. No protein in urine. Is there any other diuretic good for his condition?
