I need to know if seroquel will show up on a 6 panel instant urine test as anything..I ve heard benzo...and how long do benzos stay in the system? ## Seroquel contains the active ingredient Qeutiapine and no, it has not been known to cause false positives for anything else on urine tests. An actual Benzodiazepine, such as Alprazolam or Diazepam, can be detectable for up to 6 weeks, after use. Though this can vary, from person to person, depending on your metabolism, activity levels, overall health and other factors. Are there any other questions?

loking for a medication for depression not sure of name but it sounds like ends will quillM ## Was it possibly Seroquel? I want to know what would happen if Seroquel is prescribed to a man of 180lbs and this dosage is given to a woman of 110 pounds. ## The most that will happen is you will sleep for about 12 hours. I have taken 3 50mg at one time and I am still here no problems ## Drugs effect everyone differently, so even though you weigh more, what is an appropriate dose for one person is NOT necessarily safe for another person. When you doctor prescribes a certain dosage, they have to consider many factors, including medication tolerance. ## I take 500 mg of Seroquel for Bipolar, and al0so take 3 two milligrams of Xanax daily. I have a pill that I have no idea what it is. Fat oblong pill, white on one side/yellow on the other. Adams/600 is the inscruption on the pill. My son has been diagnosed with ADHD and OCD. He tried Zoloft and it was like someone shot him full of speed. My doctor and I discussed the possiblity he could be bipolar. He first tried him on Abilify. After two pills, he went into a manic episode so we took him off the meds. We then tried Seroquell. He took half of a 25 mg pill within two hours he was so drowsy he could not keep his head up. The next day, he was very tired and complained of headaches. He developed diarrhea. We went to the movie theater and go very upset. He was scared of the movie and wanted to leave. He sat by a big man and it made him very nervous. We had to get up and leave because he was so upset. What can happen if you take Seroquel and another prescription drug? Is it life treating? ## I have been taking seroquel for about 3 yrs now,I take other script meds with it,i have had no problems with anything i have took with it. ## It will actually depend on what other drugs you are taking, some drugs react badly and some don't. Your pharmacy usually checks this against your other prescriptions before filling your scrip for you. That is why you should never pharmacy hop, you should stick with the same pharmacy or pharmacy chain so everything you are taking is in the computer and they can check interactions of all of them. My Dr. started me at 300mg on Seroquel is this a safe dose. Im scared to take it. ## I have read that seroquel can be prescribed for up to 600 mg but I have never heard of 300 to start. My pdoc started me at 50mg for two nights, then Im supposed to increase it by 50mg every two nights until we get to 200 mg. Im a 5ft 5 1/2inc woman who weighs 130. Maybe the dosage is depending on your weight- I don't know. ## No. Seroquel, Seroquel XR and other meds have a dose schedule. Look for "prescribing info" from the manufacturer. For Seroquel XR the dose info is clear. The 1st day you take a low dose (50mg). Increase dosage each day. On day 4 take 300mg . If you miss a few days, lower your dose and start over. Take the smallest dose that works or do not take an Antipsychotic.

with recent back surgery, was told about theraquille and don't know what it is ## I'm sorry, are you possibly referring to Seroquel? It is an antipsychotic medication used to treat conditions such as Schizophrenia and BiPolar disorder, though there are many off-label uses, as well. Dr. put me on Seroquel 2 weeks ago as I was having severe panic attacks.
