A 8-10 year old child I know is taking this medication. I have not stopped sleeping. Now I feel so angry and violent. Easily agitated. Frustrated. This drug does nothing theraputic except sleep and good dreams. I just want to beat my Dr.s head in for prescribing this crap!!! It sounds like others have a trip on it. I have read it was prescribed for anxiety to pyschosis. Is this the new valium? All I have is a case of seasonal blues! Does this mean I need a prescription for a med. given to schitz patients? I can not get full on this stuff. How addictive is this medication? ## I know it is highky addictive, if you have any kind of chemically dependent issues..DO NOT USE this drug. I was told that by a very respected Recovery Center doc. just an opinion..DO NOT go off your meds. without first clearing it with your Doctor!! very important!! bye 4 now, Gwen ## all meds have a tendency of addiction either physically or mentally, but if you are on Seroquel i assume your are being closely monitored by your dr. disscuss it with him/her, but the simple fact that your worried about not becoming addicted is in your favor ## Whether it's addictive or not,when i stopped taking it for two days I felt like I was dying.I had very bad Sweating,chills,weakness,abdominal pain,muscle pain,nausea and vomiting.
