Suboxone Emergeny Need Help Be4 Monday June 2nd

I lost my daughter to CPS almost over a year ago for one failed test, me and my husband both have been clean for the entire time trying to get her back. I'm on Suboxone and have been for 3 years now they want me off of it or I cant get her back isn't that going against my rights for one? And last Tuesday my husband who has never done it failed for it! Instead of thinking he reacted by thinking they'd think he took my meds n I'd get in trouble so he said a Friend gave him one I'm like why did u admit doing something that you didn't? Now they are saying i'm not failing for it when I know its in my system HELLO I take it twice a day and whats worse is I have court Monday and now they are going to tell the Judge that they aren't recommending her to come back home because my husband relapsed and I didn't leave him. I hate the system its so unfair that I'm so stressed that I cant even sleep. How do I get proof stating that he most likely got it from kissing me?? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi Angel Goddess, if u have a legal prescription 2 b on suboxone, then, I can't c any reason for CPS 2 keep your child away. And, can't they get the records from your Doctor saying u have been clean?

I'm not the one that failed my husband is the one that failed for it and He don't take it has been the only dirty test for over a year now so why would he ask for a test to fail it knowing what we have to lose he wouldn't! He had to have gotten it from kissing me or anything IDK what to do because they are using this new "evidence" they say to try and keep me from getting my daughter back and it's not right accidents happen.

Hi Angel Goddess. If I were your husband, I would ask 4 another test. That will show them. Do u have a lawyer or someone representing u both? If so, I would talk 2 that person about their requesting another test. Or, ask the judge.
