Pills or capsules with the ST marking, followed by a number, then additional numbers, are Stacker items, they are sold as weight loss and energy supplements in most convenience and drug stores. This one would be Stacker 2, it contains various supplements and herbs that they claim helps with weight loss and energy levels. They are all Ephedra Free.
