Rumoquin, Dextametasona, Metocarbamol

I am taking Rumoquin arthritis med which has Dextametasona and Metacarbonal. arthritis pain is gone yet..I am experiencing jittery-ness and grogginess. what are the side effects to this med and these ingredients?

Well, the Dexamethasone is a steroid class medication, so it can cause you to feel jittery. It's also the main reason this medication shouldn't be used for too long, unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

It may also cause elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure and fluid retention, which could be dangerous.

And the Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant, so that's most likely what's causing the grogginess.

Thank you for your helpful reply.
I was careless and took the ReumoQuin for 3 + weeks , 2 pills a day. and flt great - no arthritic pain tho had some sleeplessness.then I had increasingly severe symptoms when cutting back over next two weeks. -I also learned that di-clofenaco can cause irregular heartbeats and was recently discontinued by FDA. I has issues with this plus other mentioned symptoms. ( I am a fit active senior with no health problems or "pre-occupations").
I stopped Rumquin 12 days ago and do feel more normal tho irregular heartbeats continue. I will be more careful in the fuure.. tho I still wish to find a safe replacement for the original , all natural ( ?)RumoRX that led me to try ReumoQuin . any thots on RumoRX alternative?
