Is there a capsule and what does it look like? ## There are capsules, but they are not the equivalent of Roxicodone, which is a regular release formulation, the name brand for them is OxyIR and there are generic equivalents, these are instant release capsules in 5mg doses. Some examples are: brown and yellow, 0554 M 5mg White and yellow, ETHEX 041 Brown and peach, A-187 A-187 Is there anything else I can help with? ## My daughter snorts them would the capsules be better so she can't? ## I need some help and I can't get no one to reply to my question. blue pill ## 15 mg. roxicotin?? green or blue?? found in sons room!! ## I am a fully recovered addict using oxycotin and other pain medication. The green is usually a roxicotin 15 and the blue one commonly refered as blues are 30 mg's. Most 30's also have a imprint of r215 on one side. ## The colors actually don't mean anything, since these tablets are now available for generic manufacture, the only way to tell what it in them and what the dosage is would be from the imprint on the tablet. someone help! I am prescribed roxicotins and just found out I am pregnant. What should I do? ## roxy and pregnant. I was perscribed percocet wheni found out i was. I am prescribed 40 mgs opans 2 n the morning an 2 at night an 15 mg roxicodone 4 x a day how many days do you need to take at the prescribed doseage to show up right on your levels? just wondering coz i usually take 1 opana in the morning instead of 2 an take the 2nd later same with the evening opanas.. thanks ## I'm really not sure on the answer, because there are many other factors that go into figuring out where the level is expected to be, in addition to the dosage and dosage intervals. It also involves your overall health, body weight, metabolism and etc. If you don't need two in the morning, why don't you just discuss that with your doctor?

I don't want to 'doctor shop' and have had the same doctors for many years but they stopped prescribing pain medications for fear of being investigated. I am 60 years old, on Medicare only since a head-on crash in 2008 (not my fault), have a complex history of MCTD (in the Lupus family), vasculitis, need surgeries that I cannot afford, and couldn't do the simplest things (such as housework, going out, shopping, cooking, etc.) until my neurologist prescribed 5 mg. of Roxicodone 3x a day. i have been taking 8 to 10 of these a day and i want to ween off. any suggestions? ## hi nikirenee....i have found that the only thing that helped me with getting off of any opiate medication is suboxone...it saved my life!!! ## And I have also found methadone is good to just don't go to a major dose of that either it will help you 100% ## Aside from what the other posts mentioned, usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking them is to tapper off them, if possible. Some medications can be taken in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several weeks until the body is no longer dependent upon them. i have to go to a pain pill appontmant on tusday 8:30 am i have took roxes for one a day on munday, tusday,wenday,thersday,fridayall the days expt for thersday have only been 15mg will it be out of me on the day i go to my appontmant and drink lots of water how about beer will that help clean me out ## This is actually pretty tough call, since you didn't give yourself more than 4 days to stay clean. In my honest opinion I don't think you'd pass a urine test given the amount you took and the time frame you gave yourself. I could be wrong but these drugs effect everyone differently. Roxicodone (Oxycodone) can take on average 3-4 days or longer (after the last day you took it) to be out of your system for a urine test, 24 hours for a blood test, 1-4 days for a saliva test, and ...

is taking 1 roxy the same as taking 3 perkasets? ## It would depend on the dosage, because these are different medications and both are available in several different dosages. Roxicodone contains the narcotic Oxycodone, in a regular release formulation, but Percocet contains the Oxycodone, coupled with Acetaminophen. So, what dosage are you asking about?

What are the symptoms of Roxycotton users ## You are misunderstanding the names of the medication, there is Roxicodone and Oxycontin, they both contain the narcotic Oxycodone as the active ingredient, but the Roxicodone is a regular release formulation and the Oxycontin is a time released formulation. As to the symptoms, it is going to vary from person to person and will depend on how much they are using, but some of them may be extreme drowsiness, sedation, dilated, fixed pupils and nausea/vomiting. Can anyone please give insite as to why the D.E.A. is not letting any shipments of OXICODONE to ANY pharmacy's untill after thier count, & after the 1st of the year (2012)? It is also isn't a limit that the pharmacies can order in, it's an overall manufacturing limit. Each year the DEA sets a limit on how much of a controlled substance can be manufactured, such as Oxycodone, Xanax and Adderall. Has anyone heard of an unavailability of Brand Roxicodone. My pharmacy tell me that only the generic are available. They don't work as well, and frankly, I don't believe them. ## they only make generic 30mg they are made by several different manufactures so it depends on what pharmacy you go to but no matter what they are all generic and all are pretty much the same if you snort them they taste different thats about the only difference between all of them ## I was under the impression that Purdue manufactured Roxicodone Brand and that there are generics. I take it as prescribed. where are they located legally, with insurance and a ligit. doctor who rescribed it for me. ## Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what pharmacy may have a supply of any given medication in stock, at any given time. Many people are having a problem getting them filled, due to the fact that the manufacturing quota has been met for the year and manufacturers are unable to make and ship a new supply. Things should return to normal in January. In the meantime, you may want to speak to your doctor about using an alternative medication. Are there any other questions or comments?

Hello, I've been having to disconvinience my family as well as myself because of my severe back problems and filling these medications. I live in the ft. lauderdale/miami area of florida, if you can direct me in the right direction as to filling these online or otherwise it would be a big help to me. I appreciate your help in advance. Sincerely, Dan ## The only thing I can really suggest is checking with whomever your insurance carrier is and seeing if they have a mail order pharmacy that they partner with. Otherwise, it is going to be very hard to find a place that will accept your prescription and send you this medication, because they are a controlled substance and the risk of theft and diversion is very high. Does anyone else have any suggestions to offer?

ITS SATURDAY, 4/9, AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOCATE THE ABOVE MEDS. OF COURSE I HAVE A SCRIPT AND INSURANCE, BUT AFTER ABOUT 25 VISITS TO LOCAL PHARMACIES, AND A TON OF CALLS TO NOT SO LOCAL PHARMACIES, I STILL CANT LOCATE ANY. i've been taken 30mg roxicodone for 3months for the last two most of them have been fake i'm diabled and people hold these and my money's i'm in pain 24/7 from a broken neck and left arm that all messed up from injury,also a dic in my back lower is dislocated the doctor said from mri's today i'm callind the fda and police because i'm dieing ## They aren't necessarily fake,but there can be differences in generic medications, so you may not be getting the same dose you were in the other ones you were taking. Okay well my doctor prescribes me 10 milligram percoset Now at 2 a day and it isn't working for my back pain. I'm seeing a chiropractor and have several xrays To provide someone with proof I have a legitimate back problem. How can I obtain these for myself? and can someone send them thru mail or how does it work ## In the U.S. to obtain them legally requires a prescription from your doctor. this site does not manufacture, nor sell any medications, this is an information only website.
