This is a Remifemin tablet, it's an over the counter supplement that's claimed to help with perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

The main active ingredient is Black Cohosh root and rhizome.

You can buy black cohosh in most drug stores and vitamin shops for much cheaper than they charge for this product, to be quite honest.
