Reparil With Megamax

I had my two dental implants removed last Wednesday and my doctor prescribed me reparil along with Megamax. I used to take them both every 12 hours
Is there any side effects for the two drugs interaction togather ? Shouldn't I take them together at a time ? Additionally I didn't take food into consideration
