is this covered under the new drug law i would understand if i didnt have valium in my system but i did so that means i wasnt selling them now im back to grinding my teeth and my jaws hurt

Sounds like that we are missing a lot more to this story! No doctor in their right mind would stop prescribing you a medicine you've been on for 10 years because you tested for "valium" only. You know their is a test they can do called a gcms test that would determine what EXACT benzodiazipine you took so if you slipped a xanax or Ativan or any other benzo you would be caught red handed. IF YOU DIDN'T AND ARE 100% TELLING THE TRUTH GET A LAWYER A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ONE. YOU CAN PHD I CALL DIE FROM VA LIAM WITHDRAWAL ESPECIALLY AFTER 10 STRAIGHT YEARS OF USE. they'd have to have a good reason. especially if they're not at least considering tapering you off bc valium withdrawal isn't safe otherwise.

It's is extremely dangerous to go cold turkey off valium. More dangerous than an oxy or patch believe it or not. It totally messes with your pain receptors. U wouldn't be fit to raise kids for anywhere up to 8 months. U r at high risk of going completely bonkers. 3 wks ago I was cut cold turkey from 6 80mg oxys and 100mg fentanyl EVERY 24 HRS! !!! And we've contacted EVERY malpractice lawyer in the book (okay on Google lol) and not even 1 was interested. And this Dr has fondled me verrrryy badly. And still can't find a lawyer. As soon as you tell them it's 2 do with a narcotic they practically laugh in your face. So instead we reported him to the college of physicians (they are ALL Dr's bosses. They are there for YOU the patient not the Dr. And I have nvr abused them. Took everything like ur supposed to. In fact I've even been returning each and every used patch directly to the pharmacy. But bcuz we've buried more than 18ppl in past 2 yrs. And he is the only 1 prescribing them. We only have 2 Dr's and not even 1 stop light here. Shows you why the police are down his throat! And he knew damn well that I've not once ever abused them. As a matter of fact. I've flushed more than 5000 oxys 80s down the toilet in last 2 yrs. Yuppers 180 of them for exactly 27 months! I never even told him that I stopped taking them. Kicked my ass for that bcuz cutting me cold turkey was rough. I was forced to go to a methadone clinic to start on SUBOXONE. But I had to go cold turkey for first few days. On day 3 I stopped breathing. Luckily mom was visiting and had a puffer in her suitcase. They gave me over 30 blasts of puffer. We don't know how they kept my airways open bcuz I was not breathing so how did I even suck it into my lungs? And still after all of this. No malpractice lawyer wanted the case. My town is only 45 mins from downtown Toronto. One would think that in a huge city cram packed with malpractice lawyer's ? Not 2 mention that Toronto is known for some of the best lawyer's in North America (we have lawyer's U.S has attorney's. No matter what they like to call themselves their all the same. Same poop, diff piles! But I think you get the drift.

Hopefully this has helped you somewhat. It's 4:20am right now. At least for me lol. So I really mean it when I tell you that I really do hope you have a fantastic day. Hang in there sounds like a cheesy thing to say I know. But pls try to hang in there. Perhaps you might wanna consider SUBOXONE as well. Doesn't help as good with the pain as ur pills might. But holy smokes I cannot even believe u r going thru something like this over such a minor Rx u r on.

I don't know about suing them. I was le off cold turkey from 3 VALIUM a day 3 soma a day and 6 10mg pain pills oxycodone or hydrocodone a day, and I know law and you can't make it stick and I never failed a drug screen. Had a disagreement about a disability permit of sorts but never had any other issue, I asked them to fill out a permit 4me.

weird story. seems like missing something,as someone with multiple disc problems i live in fear of sciattica and other immobilzing things that happen with back issues; but yet you FLUSHED the oxy that saves your quality of life. if i heard that as a doc i would not believe and think you were trying tio explain how in important they are and its no big deal. you should get on a nurse and doc message board. you will learn stuff that still to this day schocks me
