Is there any side effect to take rabium dsr continuously? I used to take 1 cap. per day in empty stomach.

i am a cardiec female patient in early fifties of age. i have been operated for ASD 20 years back and got dual chamber pace maker after sseven years of my ASD operation. two years back it was diagnossed that i have consistant artrial fibrilation and my upper chambers are not pumping properly.iwas advised to take wrferin 3 mg regularly and maintain INR between 2.5 to 3. now i have developed severe pain in my abdomen which according to physition is due to ulsers developed by consuming warferin continuously.
i want to know wheather warferin has such side effects,and also what are side effects of rabium dsr,sparcid

Rabium DSR contains the active ingredient Rabeprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to treat or prevent conditions such as ulcers, GERD and heartburn.

The problem, however, is that they're normally only used short-term from 8 to 12 weeks, so there have been no studies on their effects with longer term usage.

Neeru, yes. Warfarin can cause ulcers in some people that use it.

What treatment has your doctor advised?

I am 28 and using Rabium DSR for almost six months now.... my doc prescribed the same as i was sufferring from minor chest pain due to gas and acidity. However, I want to know whether I should stop taking the same or not as my doc has stated to carry on with the prescribed medecine.

Please advice ....
