R L 50 Square Pill Blue

It's a four side pill that looks like a stop sign. There is a line down the middle. One side of the line has a R, and on the other side of the line L. On the back of the pill it shows 50

I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused, since a stop sign has more than 4 sides, they are traditionally 8 sided hexagons.

Though there can be variations, so can you please post back and clarify?

I haven't found a listing for this yet, but I will keep searching and post back when I find something.
