Progesterone Soft Gelatin Capsule Endogest 200

How do I insert the soft gelatin capsules (endogest 200) vaginally? Should I push it inside or just to keep in the vagina? Can u please help me?

You should push them up in, as close to your cervix as possible, but gently, don't force it and only as far as your fingers can reach, don't use tools or implements to try to place it any further in.
