Possibly Pregnant

Took a pill during week 3 around five hours late, and this Saturday, I had brown discharge with some light pink. Is this implantation bleeding? However, I took two pregnancy tests and they both came back negative. Is there any chance I could be pregnant as a result of the late pill? (False negative)

If two tests came back negative, it is not likely that you are pregnant. But only a medical professional can confirm this. Usually, you have to be more than 12 hours for it to be considered a late pill, and 24 hours, before it is considered a missed pill, according to FDA information.

The discharge and spotting can be normal side effects of taking hormonal contraceptives, or taking a pill a bit late.

Has there been any change, yet? Did you get your full period?

I've had the implanon twice. For a full three years with normal menstrual cycles, and I'm on the second time of having it. I've had it for about 2 1/2 years and its not due until February 2, 2018. I have read many places that's its possible to become pregnant within the last 6 months before its due. My first round of the birth control everything was normal leading all the way up until it was due, however this second time I have every single symptom of pregnancy. I have taken 2 at home tests and 2 lab tests. All have came out negative and the doctors not wanting to give me blood work, due to the results, just brush me off. I've been told that if I am pregnant it wouldn't show with my birth control still in my body. I was told that I would need to have it taken out and wait two weeks then take another test and it would be the real result. The problem is I no longer have money or medicaid to have it taken out. I haven't had my period for a little over two months, since June 2nd, 2016 and my usual periods last about 5-6 days and this last period only lasted 2-3 days. I've been spotting for the last 9 days straight, starting from a light red to a dark red with a few clots. I've been extremely tired and have no energy for anything. I have no appetite and I'm beyond nauseous, sometimes leading to throwing up. My cramping is severe. I never cramp in my lower stomach on my period. It hurts so bad that I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs and I can no longer lay on my stomach due to the pain. I have breast tenderness and they've grown a size. I've gained 5lbs regardless of me throwing up and having no appetite. I was wondering what it could be. One of the doctors that brushed me off blamed my birth control but I don't think it would cause the symptoms this severe, if it is. Does anyone have any advice?
