I'm looking for a 7/32 Dia white placebo pill to substitute for 2 mg. Dilaudid

I'm sorry, but I cannot help you with this. Since we are based in the U.S. we have to abide by the relevant laws and substituting a placebo or over the counter product for a prescription medication for the purposes or fraud and/or deception would be considered illegal.

In addition, all prescription tablets have unique markings on them to enable their identification, which are registered with the FDA and these markings are not allowed to be duplicated on other medications, or over the counter products, so you won't be able to find anything that would hold up to knowledgeable scrutiny.

I found a small white pill with a 2 on one side and M on the other and was told its 2mg dilaudid is this true

Dean, yes, that tablet is listed in our U.S. prescription drug resources as containing 2mgs of Hydromorphone, the active ingredient in Dilaudid, which is a narcotic analgesic.
