Pill With Letter B

I found 2 pills in my cousins room they are brown with red speckles, they are round and have a B on them. What are they?

This imprint is kind of vague, so I believe we can rule it out as being a prescription medication.

However, looking at over the counter medications, we can't be 100% certain, but it might be a Sennoside based laxative, I have seen several that meet this description. However, this is just a guess, as I said, I'm not sure.

Thank you for responding and giving me another option that I can research. I asked my cousin about them and of coarse I got the usual response "I don't know whos they are" all wide eyed and innocent so I talked to her mother about it and shes going to find out what they are (hopefully they're nothing narcotic) If they are shes going into N/A or rehab. I wish teens could be more open with their parents. It is scary to think of what we did as kids like saying we were at a friends house but really at a concert oblivious as to how dangerous that was. Now adays it is so much worse and a little lie about where they are can mean never seeing them again as with any type of drugs, taking something and lying about it can be a fatal mistake. Most kids take drugs and don't even know what they are. Even something simple like penicillin if allergic and be deadly.
