Can phentermine and warfarin be taken together. I'm taking warfarin because of bilateral knee replacements 5 wks ago. I take Phentermine, and in the past it worked but only for a short while, I don't understand why it stopped working? Is there a stronger version of this or something else I can take? I lost 60 lbs in a 2 year span and now I've gained 35 back. I'm now limited to exercise, swimming and biking, I need additional help because those 2 options don't always work. I have been taking phentermine 37.5 for 2 weeks. I have a drug test in 15 days. Will it show in my system? ## The clinic that prescribed mine says that it can sometimes read as a positive result for amphetamines but that as long as you can show them your name on the Rx that it should be okay.

As long as the language on the script could be translated into English, I don't see why a doctor wouldn't be able to distinguish what the active ingredients are and determine their availability here in the US. Based on my research, the Phentermine 30mg dosage form should only be taken once daily. However additional information I found suggests that due to increases in tolerance your doctor may advise you to take 1 tab in the morning as well as a half a tab in the afternoon.
