I found them in a house i was working in and I just wanna know what they are ## Hi butterball, Based on your description, it sounds to me like the depiction of a 37.5 mg Phentermine tablet, prescribed for weight loss. If you were to run a google image search for "phentermine hcl blue speckled 37.5mg" you'll be able to get a visual of what I'm referring to. I have been taking phentermine for a while and I don't have a prescription. I always assumed it was fake since it doesn't work good but I have a drug test tomorrow. so I want to know if I should tell the drug testing place I am taking it and show them the bottle or not tell them anything at all? Do they check the drs and or pharmacy to make sure you have a prescription for it? Also I tested positive for it 3 weeks ago at my pain management dr positive for amphetamines, but then the lab they sent my test to analyze it said it was negative but on the lab report it does show some numbers by the amphetamine but I don't know how to read this report...I also got hired years ago at the us postal service while taking this with no prescription and I don't think I told them I was ...

I just received fake Phentermine from Trust Pham Online. The pills are fat, white w/ blue specs and are from Qualis Pharm in the UK. Do not order from that company ## Qualis is a bogus company, check online, no such company. Google "Qualis Scam" and read about the blue speckled chalk you just paid $100 for. Sorry.

I've got 30 small Tablet in box.They look: White with blue dots. Circle shaped. Quite small. Bitter taste. No line for dividing in half. They're very hard by breaking with a knife. (Blue specks aren't inside). No imprint code on it. Pack of 30 says Phentermine 37,5 by manufacturer *name*, but tablets aren't the same as pharmaceutical company make. No writing or marks on pills for recognition. That's sound as a kind of fake Phen 37,5. I don't know what these strange tablets can be actually. Impossible to identify in this way. While I was on a cruise I purchased that diet medicine in Mexico. I just started taking the 30 mg phentermine, (Lannett 0597) pills and they are not working at all like the phentermine I took on and off from 1999 to 2006. These are making me feel awful, jittery, nervous, upset stomach, not much energy at all and not curbing my appetite like the phentermine pills I used to take. I am not sure what to think. I used to take the white pills with little blue speckles in them and they worked great without any of the above side effects.
