Phentermine = Nausea

I have taken phentermine 37.5mg 3 different times over the past 9 years. It has always given me more energy and completely squashed my appetite. 10 days ago I started on the 37.5 tabs again. Since then I have been horribly sick to my stomach (vomiting more than once) and still feel hungry. I am taking them on an empty stomach as prescribed. I know the side effects, but this isn't listed as one. Has anyone else had this particular problem with phentermine and nausea?

Actually, the possible side effects listings generally include the broad statement of 'gastro-intestinal' distrubances, which you can see listed about Phentermine here.

It is possible that this one is made by a different manufacturer and you might be sensitive to one of the inactive ingredients that they used. Or you could have just become sensitive to the medication, which can happen even if you've taken it without a problem before.

Well, I found out i might have gallbladder problems & if I did, phentermine would make me very ill. So i'm in the process of trying to find an office who doesn't charge an arm and a leg for a ultrasound (or sonogram maybe?) of my gallbladder. Apparently I have nearly every symptom of gallbladder disease. So I stopped taking the phentermine since I hadnt lost even a pound after 10 days. I know my body & to not have lost at least 5 or 6 lbs (especially with a 700 calorie per day diet), something is seriously wrong.
