The name "Phenoxydine" is supposedly a made up drug which is used in surveys regarding drug use. It is to weed out the "actual" drug users from the "non" drug users. Interesting.
There really is no further information on Phenoxydine, at least via google, other than it being on a survey.
Where did you end up hearing about it?

It isn't a real drug, it is a totally made up substance that was used in surveys to enable those tallying the results to weed out those who were just making up their answers.
They'd claim to have taken it and etc. but since it isn't real, those results would be able to pulled out of the survey results and tossed out as garbage.
