It really depends on their severity, if they are very bad, such as if both are far enough along that they are bleeding and causing severe pain regularly, it may take 3 to 4 months for them to heal.

However, in addition to the medication, you also need to make sure to be careful with your diet. You'll need to avoid anything very spicy or acidic for awhile, including coffee and tea.
