I took 5 #15 oxycontin for 3 days straight how long will it remain in my system ## The major route of Oxycodone excretion is in the urine. On average, it is out of your system in roughly 3-4 days, depending on your metabolism and other health related factors. Some frequent users report it being out of your system in as little as 2 days, but I'm convinced that it requires drinking plenty of water, cranberry juice, and following other healthy regimes consistently. Hi, I want to wean off Oxycodone 5/325 onto Codeine with Acetominophen 30/300. I take one and a half every four hours or so. Can I start reducing the amount of Oxycodone to one, and then half and in the meantime start taking one one of the Codeine and working up to two as I taper down? ## I do think that is a wise approach, however, there is an interaction between Oxycodone and Codeine. I GOT THIS MED FOR A CHECK INFECTION LAST YEAR. WHY CAN'T MY PHARMACIST FIND IT NOW AND HOW DOES IT COMPARE TO CHERATUSSION AC SYRUP? ## The Hydrocodone APAP shows that it also contains Acetaminophen with the narcotic, this type of syrup/suspension is usually given to treat cough, fever and pain. The only thing it would do for an infection is treat the pain and fever that it may cause, it wouldn't actually treat the infection itself. The Cheratussin AC contains Codeine and Guaifenesin, so it isn't the same, because this would be used mostly to treat cough and cold symptoms. I dont know where to turn! I have been on oxycodone for over 4 yrs. now and alot of recent losses have happened to me. My 23 yr. old son passed away this past July and I am completely devastated. The cause of death was adverse drug reaction. was just taken off 30 mg opana's and put on ms cotin 30 mg cr can anyone please tell me the differrence between the drugs are and should i experience any changes in my body fromthe change i was on opanas for about 2 years ## Well, the Oxymorphone in the Opana is actually stronger than the Morphine in the MS Contin, it takes roughly 90mgs of Morphine to equal 30mgs of the Oxymorphone, so depending on how often you were taking them in a day, you may actually run into experiencing some pain and withdrawal effects. My 1st. were can i get my opana scripts filled in the pittsburgh area ## The best place that seems to have a consistent supply of RX pain meds in Pgh is Asti's in the Sourh Hills. They never seem to give me a problem and always have stock of everything. Bonus is the pharmacist (Dan) is very friendly and never gives me a hard time ## You should probably check the place that Congo has mentioned. Otherwise, it is probably just a matter of time, before most pharmacies have them in stock, again. Opana was recently reformulated, so there was a slight shortage, due to the delay in production. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

WHEN DO YOU TAKE IT NIGHT OR DAYTIME? ## Assuming that your pill is light pinkish/peach colored and capsule shaped, I located a match for the imprint to be Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Phenylephrine (5 mg). Unfortunately, exact dosing instructions for this medication are regarded as only being mentioned on the packaging label, and dosage requirements can vary on an individual basis. The general instructions note the following: Take Acetaminophen/Phenylephrine by mouth with or without food. If you miss a dose of Acetaminophen/Phenylephrine, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once. I hope this info helps!

OK, I have been taking oxycodone for YEARS legally for my back. Then my back healed and I took them anyways. I felt shame for a number of years. I finally decided (cut off all other routes of escape - destroying my remaining oxys) to get off of them for good. I would NEVER to through illegal routes to obtain this drug (or any drug for that matter). My doctor was kind enough to give me suboxone to help with the withdrawals. What I did: Was taking 20mg-25mg a day. 1st day: Took 2mg Suboxone in the morning after starting to feel really sick (this is the KEY) and 1mg at night (needed it). Take it only as needed he said. I have been taken 50 millligram percocet for 3 days nd noticed I have a lot of blood in my pee would this b the cause of it ## Have you consulted your doctor? That is not a normal side effect of the Oxycodone or Acetaminophen in the Percocet, but could be the sign of a urinary infection, or other possibly serious health issue and you should seek medical assistance.
