Hello,

The closest match I've been able to find is Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Oxycodone hydrochloride (5 mg). It is a white round pill with the imprint IP over 203 on the front and a score on the back. Maybe the I and the 3 got rubbed off at some point?

Manufacturer: Amneal Pharmaceuticals

National Drug Code (NDC): 53746-0203

The combination Acetaminophen + Oxycodone (North American trade name Percocet, generic endocet) is a narcotic pain reliever used to treat moderate to severe acute (short-term) pain, marketed by Endo Pharmaceuticals.[1] It is regulated as a schedule 2 narcotic by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).

Common side effects may include (but are not limited to):

blurred vision, feeling dizzy or drowsy, mild nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, constipation, ordry mouth.

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Percocet Details

I hope this helps!
