oxycodone prices have doubled in less than 30 days in tenn. rumor has it that the manufacturers ,being top 8 have been sold an now there is only 1 producer of this product! ## It's not that there is only one manufacturer, now. That is only relevant to the name brand time released product, Oxycontin. The current problem stems from the fact that each year the DEA sets a manufacturing limit on how much of any controlled substance can be made and distributed. The figure is based on prior year prescriptions, as well as information from the FDA and the manufacturers, once the total amount is determined, it is split between the manufacturers. Unethical failure to adequately treat pain continues after years of consideration of same as unethical. What can we DO? These are real people doing real suffering. I know how to get what I need but only because of medical/pharmacological sophistication coupled with a wonderful primary care MD.. MD's tell patients DEA won't allow it... Hi there. I took 25mg of Oxycodone tonight. This is the first time in almost 2 years that I've touched an opiate/opioid. I'm a female that weighs 165 lbs and am relatively active. I'm wondering if anyone may know how long the Oxycodone will be detectable in my system. i have been on oxycodones for over 2 years now the shortage is makin it difficult for me to get scripts filled hope you can help, ## I'm sorry, but this site does not manufacture, nor sell any products, nor do we have any way of knowing what pharmacy may have any given medication in stock, at any time. The shortage has been affecting many people, we have quite a few posts about it. Production should, however, return to normal in January. In the meantime that only thing I can suggest is speaking to your doctor about possibly using an alternative medication. Are there any other comments or questions?

is the oxycodone 20mg time released i beleave the 15mg/imprinted with the 15 on it is not thanks for the help/bob ## Hi Bob, Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are supplied in 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg tablet strengths for oral administration. The 20 mg tablets also contain polysorbate 80 and red iron oxide. But I don't think that has any impact on the absorption rate. I hope this info helps! Is this pill Ip203 saulible? ## I did find information stating that Oxycodone HCl is water soluble but not when it is in its binder. Personally, I'm not certain as to what this "binder" is; but further research says that there are ways to get past it using citric acid and some other invasive techniques. Another source indicates that Acetaminophen is "not very" water soluble. I don't know how you'd go about separating the two, but I'm sure it can be done. I want to see how 30mg oxciden look? ## Hi Mark, I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, but I do know that a 30mg Oxycodone can come in various forms, depending on the manufacturer. If you're looking for a specific photo of a certain pill, you would need to know the imprint(s) on it to pull up the right photo. Alternatively, you can just as easily pull up a photo of various 30mg Oxycodone pills by search for "30 mg oxycodone" on google images. A more common 30mg Oxycodone pill is round and blue and contains the marking "A 215". I hope this helps in your search!

I am looking for a place where I can use a prescription for Oxycodone 30 mg.qty 240, my mother needs these and we cannot find them anywhere. It seems like this time of year every year pain management Patience have the same problem getting this script filled. Why? Is it the DEA like some Pharmacy's have said or is it the manufactures, or another answer? I have seen the same Pain Management Dr. since 2005 and for the last 3 or 4 yrs. it has been the same. ## I'm sorry, but unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you. We have had quiet a few posts from people that are having problems getting their prescriptions filled, however, the FDA information does not list any shortages, or other problems with the supply. Does anyone else have any information on this?

Taking the pill and breaking it up in tiny pieces using a industrial cutter razor blade and then eating it. Will that get me high. Or taking the broken pieces and dissolving in water and drinking it. Will that be better in getting high. Or is there a better way of getting high on oxy 20mg. OP ## This website and information is not geared towards helping people find information on how to get high from prescription medications. Additionally, the new Oxycontin formulation with the OP marking is specifically formulated to help prevent this type of abuse. Even if you break it up, or try to dissolve it, it turns into a gummy type of substance that retains its time released properties. Are there any questions or comments?

How have you been checking with them to see if they have it? Since it is a controlled substance, if you are just calling them, you are not likely to get a correct answer, since they have no way of knowing if the person on the phone is potential thief, or a legitimate customer. Thus, you need to actually go to the pharmacies, with your prescription in hand. If in fact you have a quick metabolism and drink lots of water and cranberry juice I am confident that you won't test positive; but there's always that small chance. The odds are greatly in your favor if you keep eating heathy and staying active daily, especially since you only took one. I hope this helps!
