I recently moved to south Florida and cannot find a pharmacy to get my prescription filled due to failed back surgery? I've tried a few places and some said they haven't had oxycodone for 3 months. Any help is appreciated. Trying to figure out what I've stumbled upon. Its yellow/white or beige/white in colour, the only markings I can find is a 40 stamped in brown on one side and nothing on the other. The edges are rounded and smooth, its got a coating on it. Looked it up and so far no luck figuring out what it is, please help! My dad just passed and I relocated to Ocala (Marion Cty), Fl, to be with my elderly mom. Went to my regular dr's sister clinic in Orlando and luckily Walgreens filled it last 2 times. Now no one will fill it from a different county. I will drive to any CVS or Walgreens (I have the FloridaDiscount Card, which only big outfits take)in Orange County. What pharmacy in Georgia has Oxycodone 15mg To fill my prescription? ## There's really no way to know ahead of time what any pharmacy has in stock at any given moment. You'd essentially have to go in to each pharmacy in your area to see if they are able to fill your script. I know it's an unfortunate situation that they put pain patients in, but calling them doesn't do any good either. This is because many pharmacists are trained to not give out that sort of information to a stranger on the phone. If no one can fill your script in that area, my personal advice would be to consider mail order/online pharmacy options. At least it's better late than never... Due to the high risk of theft, if you just call a pharmacy, they will usually just say that they do not carry any controlled substances. They do this because they have no way of knowing if the person on the phone is a legitimate customer in need, or a potential thief. friend got her script filled today for 30 mg roxys. pharmacist told her he didn't have the regular and gave her these with the 224 on them. her script is for 30 mg oxycodone, and she usually gets the little blue (dark) ones, so it is definintely 30 mg. roxycodone., ## Yes, this tablet does contain 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation, so it would be a generic for Roxicodone. Hi, I'm new to this and am having the same problem. I live in SWFL in port Charlotte. I have severe chronic lower back pain and neck pain. Ive been seeing the same pain mgt Dr for 2 yrs. I got my prescription last week, and drove 200 miles, and can't fill the roxycodone 30's 150. Ive gone to Walgreens for about a year, with no problems. I went there last wk amd pharmacist told me we don't have them, and even if we did, I'm not comfortable filling the script. Which is stronger Lortab or Roxicet? And how are they different? They are both 3/325. ## There is no 3mg dosage, the lowest these come in is 5mgs. Now the difference between these is the narcotic. Roxicodone contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and Lortab contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. Oxycodone is the strongest of the two. ## Roxies are the strongest it contains no asprin ## Is oxycodone considered synthetic as is hydrocodone? Other than the acetaminopen being added in hydrocone (Norco) what is the difference in the oxycodone?

I have celiac disease and I just refilled a prescription for Oxycodone 5mg Tabs. My pharmacy switched manufacturers from QLT to SUN Pharmaceuticals (the site says the generic is made by Caraco Pharmaceutical. I took one and 3 hours later I'm having gluten-like pain. The Sun-Caraco site lists the inactive ingredients as: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, and sodium starch glycolate. I have a perscription for 3 oxycodone 10 mg 3x a day and I have taken more than 3 a day not much more maybe 1 or too more a day but i have only taken 2 a day for the past two days and I will take 1 today and I have a drug test tomorrorw .. What markings are on the roxy 20mg pill? Also, what color are they? ## Well, first I'd like to explain that Roxicodone is not an immediate release formulation of Oxycodone, it is the regular release formulation. The only dosage available in the OxyIR is a 5mg capsule. Anything over 5mgs and in tablet form is either the regular release (Roxicodone), or the time released formulation, which is known as Oxycontin. That said, there is no 20mg Roxicodone tablet, the only 20mg available is a time released Oxycontin, which has the OP on one side, the number 20 on the other and is pink. I went to probation today and the drug tested me and i was positive for oxycodone and the only i take is blood pressure meds and diurectic ibuprofen ativans and now taking an antibiotic called sulfamethoxaole and i take nexium so can someone tell me what i would test positive for that

Can a pharmacists change the doctors written prescription or more to the point can anyone other than the doctor alter or write on the prescription face to change the refill or prescribed dosage time. If not then how does one go about filing a complaint. Altering a document and with the Florida law as written would that be considered forgery. ## Of course changes can be made, but they have to be authorized by the doctor and, if the prescription is for a controlled substance, then an entirely new prescription should be written to be on file at the pharmacy.
