Oxycodone And Drug Test

I received a job offer last week and I start on monday. I wend out of town for the past few days. On thursday I took 30 mg of oxycodone. Then on sunday I took a 4 mg dilaudid. Then on monday I took 10 mg of oxycodone and on tuesday I took 30 mg of oxycodone. When I came home there was a packet from my employer and they want me to go get a drug test. It is a 10 panel gc/ms test. Will I pass if I wait until saturday to go?

Both the Oxycodone and the Dilaudid can be detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 4 to 5 days, after last dosing.

However, there is no way to give a precise time frame, because it is always going to vary from person to person, depending on certain individuating factors, such as your overall health, activity levels, metabolism, fluid intake and etc.

I think it really depends on the type of drug test you're going to be taking (urine, blood, saliva, or hair). Below are the suggested time frames for each of those medications to be out of your system for a specific type of drug test:

-Dilaudid can take 2-4 days to be out of your system for a urine test; 1-4 days for a saliva test; and up to 90 days for a hair follicle test.

-Oxycodone can take 3-4 days to be out of your system for a urine test; 24 hours for a blood test; 1-4 days for a saliva test; and up to 90 days for a hair follicle test.

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables while staying hydrated throughout the day will significantly help your body detox quicker. Besides getting plenty of rest each night I'd also recommend getting at least an hour each day of exercise in to help sweat out any toxins and get your lymphatic system flowing (which will aid in detoxification as well).

Based on how much you took, you would be cutting it close in my honest opinion; but nevertheless you definitely have a good shot at passing a urine test as long as you adhere to the above information to some degree. I am however unfamiliar with the different panel drug tests, as I've never had one, but hopefully someone else on here can offer some advice based on personal experience.

You said the test is M/S-G/C, which is mass spectrometry - gas chromatography, the most sensitive testing available. It tests on the molecular level, down to NANOGRAMS, phenominally small amounts.But even with the 3-4 day timeframe,it's possible to pass the test.They will also do a (specific gravity) test to see how "dilute" your urine is. Ppl. think they can just drink a bunch of water to "show less of the drug in your urine. Now, if you know how Sp. Gravity works, the best thing for you to do!!!! UNLESS YOU HAVE KIDNEY PROBLEMS OR RETAIN EXTRA FLUIDS IN YOUR SYSTEM (CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE) OR TAKE DIURETICS -- "WATE PILLS" (ie. LASIX, BUMEX) -- THE BEST THING TO DO IF YOU DONT HAVE THE ABOVE SITUATIONS IS : DRINK MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF WATER B4 U GO 2 UR TEST. BUT 2 KEEP THE SPICIFIC GRAVITY UP WHERE IT NEEDS 2B TAKE A "GOOD-MULTI VITIMIN" AS YOU FIRST START DRINKING THE WATER, THEN DRINK A GALLON OF WATER PER HR. FOR 2 HRS, THEN TAKE 2 MORE MULTI-VITAMINS AN HOUR B4 YOU HAVE TO B2 WHERE EVER IT IS YOU NEED 2B 2 TAKE YOUR TEST. THIS NOT ONLY GIVES UR URINE THAT "YELLOWISH COLOR" INSTEAD OF COMPLETELY CLEAR FROM DRINKING SO MUCH WATER, IT ALSO GIVES IT "WEIGHT" (SPECIFIC GRAVITY) WHICH WILL NOT RAISE RED-FLAGS TO WHOEVER IS INTERPRETING THE RESULTS. IF THAT DOESN'T EXPLAIN IT 2U, I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING, OR ANY OTHER WAY TO SAY IT!!! If I take 3 roxy 30s a day per my perscription then what level of oxy should show up in a hair follicle test that I took for my employer. I have been taking this dose for about a year now.
