Same for me. I had to take 2 1/2 8mg pills to feel comfortable. Not cool. I wish the d****bags that approve this crap would go back to making the stoppies, or stop signs from a few years back. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.. Unless, ya know, they weren't making QUITE as much money off of them as they are now, probably. Then sure, f*** everyone over in that case. Greedy.

I have been on suboxone for about 7 years. I used to have a bad oxycontin addiction, and throughout the years, I have dabble with IV, opiates, and even sub. I'm just being honest and trying to give an idea of my knowledge of different applications, long-term use, and the "different" effects of pills supplied by different manufacturers. I have taken every single type of suboxone, whites, stoppies, orange, 54's, strips, even the baby stoppies and the 2mg strips. The only difference I have ever notices is amongst the application of the pill or strip and the storage of the pills. Obviously strips are individually packaged which should keep them fresh. Pills, however, are not individually packed and are subject to being separated from the original container, only sometimes containing moisture absorbing canisters, or fresh packs. I have left pills out in the sun on accident, in medal containers and found that they became brittle and less potent. I have noticed that there are certain times when I tend to swallow all the liquid in my mouth over and over while the pill or strip is under my tongue and in those situation i usually have to double up and consciously make an effort not to swallow. I think the inconsistencies that we are all experiencing may come from several things, but I doubt that the manufacturing process is the issue here. This is just my experience, but maybe this will shed some light on the issue for some of you all.

We're have you been getting the white moons from out here in mass every one I know said they been gone for ever now??? Everyone out here sayed the white ones that you had and the small little ones the size of a baby 5 or smaller are really effective, I'm not sure if I would want the orange ones seeing how I think the white ones are the most effective , everyone out here in mass seems to think the white ones are no longer available and that anyone who wants to get off the opiates are gonna be stuck with these orange ones now. I'm wondering is it a c.v.s or wall.g.re.ens that orders them, any help as too were they can be found???!!

I am a recovering opiate addict. I started When I was 20 years old. I tried to get clean numerous times. Jail didn't get me clean. Detoxes went in for a spin dry. I tried the methadone. 14 yrs.on it. Stayed clean for 8-9 years. I never went to meetings didn't pray. Another's words I didn't under my own power. I thought I was cured for life. I was wrong. When I got on Methadone I went up to 130 mgs. After a couple of years I stopped using. I went down to 100 mgs. Stayed on that mg for a few yrs. Then cut myself down to 56 mgs. I was great felt better then ever. Till I relapsed! Got thrown off the methadone clinic. Then went to a detox Veitch put me on suboxone. My Insurance only pays for the generic. In detox they have me subutex. When I left I got a prescription written to me by the doctor there for suboxone. One day I went to the pharmacy and they gave me two different brand's of suboxone. It never put me into withdrawals. An addict can see two different brand and think oh s***. It's all in your mind my friend. The mind is a powerful thing. You can actually talk your mind into thinking your withdrawing. Fact is your really not sick. Generic has the same ingredient that the brand name does. This is coming from a full fledge addict. I'm now 39 years old clean with suboxone help. I only take 2 a day. I feel great.
