Orange Liquid Methadone

From what little information I was able to find, it is noted to be made from a syrup base by many manufacturers; meaning that it would be a thicker consistency than water.

A liquid formulation ingredient list may look like this:

Methadone Hydrochloride (HCL) BP 1mg/1mL
Glucose syrup
Green S (E142)
Tartrazine (E102)
Sunset Yellow (E110)
Parabens (preservative)
Ethanol
Trace chloroform water.

There are other mixtures as well that use different syrup bases like Sorbitol syrup or Unpreserved syrup. Additional information that I gathered states that "different liquid formulations only alter the medium in which the methadone is dissolved and will therefore have the same effect on the client."

It's more like water base big brown bottle looks like a fake label it says it's from a doctor and gives the information 375 mg 15 mg per tablespoon that's that's as much info

I have small round white powder pieces coming from my nose. I have been chlorformed offf and on since 2014 consistent enough to have severe symptoms. Ataxia, memory loss, under the influence the next day. Lucid nightmares. Losing my balance and falling and broken my left arm 3 times in the last 3
years. Could the tiny white powder be chloroform coming through my nose. My lungs expel the poision with hard dry coughs. I have coughed so violently Blood vessels in my eyes burst. This poision knocks me out and my head starts to bob down to my chest, unable to keep my eyes open. Any thoughts?
