Opiate Pain Medication Prescribing Dr.'s

Can anyone tell me of any doctors who prescribe Opiate Pain Medication In The Pittsburgh PA Area. Ever since my PCP moved out of state, I've been having trouble with Dr's treating my chronic Arthritic Condition First hip replacement at 28. The other side done 4 years later. Both ankle joints are bone on bone & all my other joints are almost the same. I'm 52 & have been taking 80mg's methadone 4 times a day. over the last 20 years. I've brought my tolerance down to 20 mg's 3 times a day not of my choice., but that's not all that bad. Over the last 3 years I've had trouble with 3 different Dr.'s not wanting to increase me & have each said that I had dirty urines. I'm running out of doctors & patience. My body is so used to having opiates in it that anymore my body doesn't feel right without even after being off them for 6 or so months. I'm also prescribed 25mg Amatriptoline twice a day. Can that be causing the dirty urines for ( Heroin) I'm losing my mind, fighting a losing battle. I know I'm drug dependent, but I don't abuse my Meds. I take them as prescribed. By the way, I didn't ask to be born with this Chronic Arthritic pain condition. I also didn't ask to be dependent or as some might call it, Addicted. The Dr.'s did that. I don't mind being this way, as long as I can get the medication that takes the pain away. What's the problem. If I don't mind Why Should They. They created this situation not me. Oh Yea, When my wife had 6 months to live from stage 4 lung cancer & I was having panic attacks, They had me up to 13 blue Xanax a day by the time she died 6 & a half years later & I weaned myself off them in 2 years after she died. Guess that don't count for anything. Then 3 years ago a pain management doc put me on this stupid Amotrytoline after I asked her not to put me on anything like Xanax & had told her of my past. Now when I don't take them for 2 days my hands shake. Damn Xanax never did that & I had a hell of a time getting off it. This is my story & I'm sticking to it. LOL even though this isn't a laughing matter, but that's all I can do to not lose my mind. H E L P !!!.........

Can you give me your doctor's name, I can't take anymore vs and have no idea where to go. These des jeep wanting to jam needles in my banck and I've tried that..it don't work so here I am on 30mg oxycodone 4xs a day and my PvP can't give them to me anymore and said time to goto pain management. Please help
