Opana Drug Test

I'm presricbed 30 mg opana three times a day. The problem I have is I ran out early on my pills do to being out of town. I decide to take a 30mg of roxicodone that I had from a earlier prescription before I got changed to opanas. I would like to know if I took a drug test would it show that I took roxicodone and opana or would they show up the same? I've looked online and I see there's different levels of test 5,6,9,12 panel test. I'm not sure which test they use but let's just say a 12 panel test. Thanks for the help.

Yes, it does depend on which test they are doing and, if they are doing one of the more in-depth ones, such as a 12 panel, then it would show which narcotic you took.

The more basic tests, such as a 5 panel just detects the presence of opiate narcotics and not the specific ones, so on those, both the Opana and the Roxicodone would show up as the same thing.

You should also be aware that since the Oxycodone in the Roxicodone is a semi-synthetic opiate, it can also cause false positives for other semi-synthetic opiates, such as Buprenorphine (Suboxone).

i have to take a drug test in 20 days ive took 10 opana 10 milligrams in the last week how long before im clean i weigh 150 pounds and am 6ft will i be clear?

Chris, though it can vary a little from person to person, most narcotics are only detectable for up to 5 days, after you stop using them, so you should be fine.

However, if you have a prescription, you only need to tell them that, when you go in for the test.

I just got prescribed 10 MG opana's IR and got 6 a day, will they test my levels since I'm in a pain clinic? I'm running low and just took 3 30mg oxycodone. I have a few opana's left but I don't go back for a few days and I don't want to mess up getting more opana's! Will they know I've taken oxycodone???
